What if there is not an internet connection on location?
Without a high speed (DSL, Cable, or Portable Wi Fi) internet connection, broadcasting your video to our server will not be possible. Some cities have internet service providers that offer Portable Wi Fi Internet access, in which case that should be something to consider. Or, perhaps a neighboring establishment will permit you to connect through their wireless network.  back

Can I setup a test?
Yes. Two days prior to your event we will activate your account on the streaming server. You will then be able to use the userid and password we've provided to you for your viewers to logon and test your live broadcast.  back

How many people can logon and watch my event live?
The standard package includes up to 50 simultaneous player connections. In other words you can have up to 50 computers connected simultaneous to view the broadcast. Of course, you may have more than several viewers at each computer. The premium package allows up to 100 simultaneous player connections. If you need additional player connections, it can be purchased as an additional 50 player connection blocks.  back

Can I broadcast if the event is outdoors?
Yes, today there are several options where you can successfully broadcast an outdoor wedding. You can use a wireless broadband air card offered by a wireless service provider such as Verizon, Sprint, or Sierra Wireless connected to a laptop. There are a few things to keep in mind when broadcasting outdoors. Not all locations have wireless broadband access. Upload speed might be limited to 80kbps. However, some areas now have up to 700kbps upload speed for wireless broadband. Please check Verizon, Sprint, or Sierra Wireless to see broadband coverage for your location.  back

Will I be able to view my broadcast at a later date
The basic package includes on-demand viewing for 1 week after the event, for the Standard package, and 2 weeks after the event, for the Premium package. Your visitors may view the event as many times as they like during this period. If you require longer on-demand viewing, please contact us. Both packages also include the ability for your visitors to download the video to a video to their computer for later viewing.  back

How long can my live webcast be?
The standard package includes a live webcast with a maximum length of 1 hour; the premium package, 2 hours. If you require a longer webcast we can arrange it for an additional fee.  back

What happens if the live webcast does not happen for whatever reason?
If you cancel your service 10 days prior to the wedding date, we will refund 100% of the service fee. If you cancel within 10 days prior to the wedding date we will refund you 50% of the service fee. However, if you cancel two days prior to your wedding date, no refund will be given. That's because we open your channel for live broadcast testing two days prior to the wedding date. At that point the service is considered delivered.  back

Will there be a staff to set it all up for me?
We recognize you may not wish to deal with all the technical details in setting up a live broadcast and to rather focus more on catering to your guests. Hence, if you are in our area, we will send a staff out to your location to take care of everything, to make the process of broadcasting your event live as simple as possible, at no additional cost. Our Live webcast packages include all the equipment needed to quickly setup and easily begin webcasting. Our staff comes with a semi-professional Camcorder, a tripod, a laptop capable of connecting to the internet wirelessly, and a one-click broadcast software pre-installed and ready to start feeding video through your webcast. If you would like us to work with your videographer, provide us with his/her contact information. We will partner with your videographer, at no additional charge, to setup the entire live broadcast for you provided your venue has internet access, and your videographer has the proper equipment.

Lastly, if you are not in our area, and you do not have a videographer and everyting needed to set it up yourself, we can travel to your site and set everything up for you. The fee for this is $400/per day plus expenses.  back

Can I make a deposit to reserve my date rather than paying the full amount months ahead?
Yes, if your event is still months away, you can reserve a live broadcast for your special day with a $25 non-refundable deposit. We will contact you either by phone or email approximately one month before your event date to start the setup process. We will also send you an email invoice at that time for you to purchase either our Purchase or Standard Live Webcast package. Your deposit will automatically be applied towards your purchase of a broadcast package.  back
